Ideation progress

This week we continue work on ideation.

In the class, we done "copy from the best" exercise. We were thinking about 3 technology that we like and what are the things that we like in each product/ technology and how it can be used in our product.

The 3 products we choose are Netflix, Nespresso, and Instant cake.

The common things that we like in all of the 3 are that it's simple to use. The features that we thought about are the following:

Netflix - "Are you still watching?" feature - it's checking if you are still active in order to help you continue from the point that you need. For decision making it can be used as "Are you still undecided? " In order to help you be active and take a decision.

Nespresso - the prosses of making coffee is very simple, all you need to do is to press on a button. Decision making can be a long process, but we would like to make it simple as much as possible, and fast in cases it can be.

Instant cake - the good thing about instant cake is that you add one ingredient to the product and you feel that you make the cake by yourself. That gives you confidence and makes you feel good with yourself. We would like to take the same experience and use that in our product, helps the user with the decision process but he will feel that he takes the decision in the end, and feel happy and confident about the decision.

"Expert Assistant"

The second exercise we done was thinking about the "Expert Assistant".

We take a use case of a couple that needs to decide where to live. the assistant will know them and will offer them the best location based on their jobs, society, interest. The user will need to accept that and the assistant will schedule a meeting to see the place.
