Decisions & What if

This week we were talking about our persona and focus what her needs.

We understand that we would like to focus on the feeling of "What if" after the decision was taken and not on the decision itself. The feeling of "What if" was dominant in our interviews and relevant for a lot of fields of decisions that the Millenials taking as examples: a new apartment, study, relationship and career.


We created a presentation to explain what our target audience and "how might we" can help them.
